1. SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT: Armen AC & Heating Repair LLC (the "Company") specializes strictly in residential mechanical diagnostics, control circuit troubleshooting, preventative safety maintenance tune-ups, component-level parts replacement, and minor refrigerant circuit balancing. The Company explicitly declines and does not perform full-scale mechanical system construction or comprehensive structural HVAC equipment changeout installations.

2. SERVICE CAPACITIES & SUBCONTRACTING: The Company operates as a primary Managing Member entity. The Company reserves the absolute right to utilize fully licensed and independently insured independent contractors or subcontractors to execute, assist with, or fulfill field trade services under our master operational brand umbrella.

3. PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (COD): All residential diagnostic calls and flat-rate component modifications operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. The customer agrees that total invoice balances—including all applicable flat-rate, tax-inclusive pricing structures—are due and payable immediately upon the physical completion of field labor. Payments are processed on-site via secure mobile Tap-to-Pay technology.

4. DIAGNOSTIC WAIVER PROTOCOL: A standard troubleshooting charge of $95.00 applies to all property dispatch sequences. This diagnostic labor fee is completely waived down to $0.00 if, and only if, the customer formally authorizes an eligible menu repair fix on-site today. If repairs are denied or passed to an installation partner, the $95.00 troubleshooting fee remains fully active, payable, and due immediately.

5. REGULATORY EMERGENCY WAIVER: Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA), consumers hold a standard 3-day right to cancel home service agreements. By authorizing an emergency flat-rate repair fix on the spot, the customer explicitly requests immediate restoration of property climate controls and hereby waives the standard 3-day cancellation delay to allow component labor to begin immediately.

6. COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY LIMITATION: All eligible flat-rate component repairs are backed by a comprehensive 1-year parts-and-labor warranty. This warranty applies solely to the specific new components supplied and installed by the Company. All pre-existing mechanical machinery, structural copper lines, factory aluminum fins, and the primary compressor block are explicitly excluded from warranty or company liability. Any dispute arising out of services rendered shall be settled via binding arbitration in Delaware County, PA.
